SPS organised an animal health camp in Tisri block under the Community Empowerment Project on 23 October 2019, with support from the Responsible Mica Initiative and BJUP. The team vaccinated 170 animals, including goats, cows and oxen.
Medicines were distributed to 260 farmers according to their animals’ health needs, along with guidance on how to administer them at home. The camp addressed livestock health as part of rural livelihoods.
