SPS held a Panchayat-level awareness programme at Sindwaria Panchayat Bhavan on 24 June 2025, under its Local Democracy Project with support from the Azim Premji Foundation. The event focused on government welfare schemes, grassroots participation and community accountability.
Panchayat head Rameshwar Prasad Verma, ward members, village development and youth committees, Sevikas and Sahiyas took part. Discussions included access to schemes and the importance of inclusive implementation. Participants also addressed the Drug-Free Jharkhand campaign and made a collective pledge toward a substance-free society.
