SPS hosted an exposure visit by Jharkhand Mahila Uthan, Church, Hazaribagh, to share approaches used in its Giridih field work. The group explored the work of village development committees, Gram Panchayat development planning and the Jan Suvidha Kendra.
Discussions also covered welfare-scheme documents, follow-up processes and ways to track the needs of vulnerable residents. The visitors met village committee members and closed the visit with a feedback session. The exchange brought practical community-governance methods into conversation between the two organisations.
