On 14 and 15 July 2025, SPS held a two-day training for youth leaders at Sindwaria Panchayat Bhavan with support from the Azim Premji Foundation. The programme drew on SPS’s work across 35 villages in five panchayats of Giridih block.
Participants explored self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, leadership, citizenship, rights and civic responsibilities. The training was designed to help young people navigate challenges and take a more active role in their communities.
